Prime Suspect is a new police drama TV series that premiered in September of 2011. Prime Suspect airs on NBC and Global in Canada. Prime Suspect is produced by Emmy nominated producers Peter Berg (Friday Night Lights) and Alexandra Cunningham (Desperate Housewives). The series takes a look into a New York City Homicide department. The lead character Jane Timoney has just joined to the department and is considered an outsider by her new colleagues.
