Late Night With Jimmy Fallon is a late night talk show hosted by Jimmy Fallon that airs on NBC and CTV in Canada. Late Night With Jimmy Fallon airs right after The Tonight Show With Jay Leno. In 2009 Conan O’Brien left his late night talk show to take over The Tonight Show. Jay Leno moved into prime-time and Jimmy Fallon moved into Conan’s time slot following The Tonight Show. We all know how that turned out. Things didn’t work well for Leno in prime-time and NBC decided to put his show on later which would push The Tonight Show with Conan back. Conan didn’t like this and NBC and Conan went their separate ways with Leno doing The Tonight Show and Jimmy Fallon keeping his show following Leno. Late Night With Jimmy Fallon begins with a short stand up comedy routine by Fallon followed by a comedy skit segment. Fallon usually has two guests he interviews (actors, celebrities, or musicians) and closes with a musical performance.
